• Progress analytics and insights
• Community features and support
• Premium AI-powered features (subscription required)

2. User Accounts

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure
• You're responsible for all account activity
• One account per person

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Post harmful, abusive, or spam content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with service functionality
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

4. Your Content & Privacy

• You own your goals, posts, and content
• You grant us license to display your content within the service
• We protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You can export or delete your data anytime

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features require paid subscription
• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• Cancel anytime - access continues until period ends
• No refunds except as required by law

6. Intellectual Property

• Goal Tracker platform and features are our property
• You retain ownership of your original content
• Don't copy, modify, or distribute our platform

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

Goal Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to amounts you've paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

• By You: Delete your account anytime in settings
• By Us: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your access ends and data will be deleted per our retention policy

9. Changes & Contact

We may update these terms with notice via email or website announcement. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
